Theraphy - India Arie feat. Gramps Morgan
Theraphy
India Arie featuring Gramps Morgan
OH Oooh oh ooOH OH, yeaah yeah yeaah Yeaaah hey.
OH Oooh oh ooOH OH, yeaah yeah yeaah
Oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need you to come and lay hands on me)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy-therapy-therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh …..
(heeey)
He lays me on the couch and says
“how has your day been?
Tell me your problems;
I’ll help you solve them.
Come on let’s talk about it”
He sits next to me and smiles.
Listens to all of my words,
Relaxes all of my nerves.
Like breathe in (breathe in)
Let it go (shout it out)
Take deeps breathes and real slow, calm down.
Close my eyes (soft spoke)
Ease my mind (take control)
From my body please
Work your Psychology
You’re taking good care of me
Always been there for me
Boy I can’t bear to leave
Cause I need your therapy
You’ve given me everything
So much I ever could need
Without you I’m so weak in the knees
I need your therapy
Oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need you to come and lay hands on me)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy-therapy-therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh …..
(hey)
He puts his hand on my lower back
his face in my neck and
Says something to make me laugh
Makes me forget I was mad
His touch feels so right
It’s like he’s reading my mind
I need him all the time
Like breathe in (breathe in)
Let it go (shout it out)
Take deeps breathes and real slow, calm down.
Close my eyes (soft spoke?)
Ease my mind (take control)
From my body please (?)
Work your Psychology
You’re taking good care of me
Always been there for me
Boy I can’t bear to leave
Cause I need your therapy
You’ve given me everything
So much I ever could need
Without you I’m so weak in the knees
I need your therapy
Oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need you to come and lay hands on me)
oh oh oh oh oh oh (I-I-I-I need your therapy-therapy-therapy)
oh oh oh oh oh …..
yeaah yeaah
When it feels like I’m losing power
When I feels like a wilting flower
The way you touch me says I’m there for you
It heals me just to hear you say “I Love You”
You’re taking good care of me
Always been there for me
Boy I can’t bear to leave
Cause I need your therapy
You’ve given me everything
So much I ever could need
Without you I’m so weak in the knees
I need your therapy
You’re taking good care of me
Always been there for me
Boy I can’t bear to leave

Jog. Trek. Walk.
5.30 ang calltime. Pero around 6am na nakarating sa meeting area. Nakakahiya kay kuya Al dahil kanina pa ata siya at on-time talaga. Dumating naman si Thomas para humabol at 7am. Tried the trail run mula sa Wawa terminal pataas.
Masaya kasi nature trek/jog with friends. Mas gusto ko pa ito kesa mag-mall or other urban areas. Being one with nature.
Then sinubukan naman naming puntahan ang Gethsemane Prayer Mountain at the top of the hill. Grabe since maputik ang sapatos namin.
Reached the top. Walang bantay sa gate. Tuloy lang kami. Grabe ang ganda ng place niya. Since nasa taas ng hill, makikita mo ang view ng Eastwood City and adjacent subdivisions nito. Makikita mo rin ang mountainous part near Wawa and as far as the cemetery at Amityville. Sobrang tahimik ng lugar. Kaya siguro tinawag na prayer mountain. Halos lahat ng area dito merong room for praying and reflections.

Breakfast etc.
Congratulations again for your promotion as Modification Supervisor and next time maybe, we'll be seeing you at your wedding.
Rain or shine.
Hanggang text nalang ba talaga tayong lahat at walang time para magkita kita ulit. Hope na magkaroon kayo ng time para dito kasi minsan lang naman tayo magkita, kaya mag sacrifice and allot naman kayo ng time.

He Says
I never set out to become anything in particular, only to live creatively and push the scope of my experience for adventure and for passion. The raw of expecting things unexpectedly is the key to every road of challenges and this is where my heart beats hardest.
Most person don’t even know who we are, and what we do or how we do it, let alone what they pay us for it. I never want to take this for granted so I try to keep motivation simple, real, and positive. If I only scrape a living, at least it’s a living where I’m scraping. If there’s no future in it, this is a present worth remembering.

A Prayer for our [living heroes - the OFW's]
Dear God,
You crossed every border between divinity and humanity to make your home with us. Bless our fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters who have travelled to foreign lands with faith in their heart leaving their families behind as they break through the barriers of people, cultures, and languages to escape oppression and poverty.
There are many things going on that are beyond us even with our collective power. We come to thee in supplication and heartfelt pleadings as we are mindful of the ordeals of others.
We thank thee for hearing the prayers of your people as China grant reprieve to our three OFWs and may the Chinese government grant a lesser penalty to their case.
We pray for the thousands of OFWs who were incarcerated and imprisoned in the Middle East, Asia and other continents, may thou please grant them the chance to get back to their families and find a new life, justice and freedom as they entrust their lives into thy hands. May Thou enlighten our leaders to put the plights of distressed OFWs as a priority and withdraw from plans to cut the DFA social service and legal assistance funds.
We pray to Thee that our OFWs in Taiwan will soon be reprieved of taking all the heat of the current Taiwan-Philippines rift. May the government emissary would soon find resolution to this issue so that those more than five thousand scheduled for deployment will now be allowed to take on their jobs, and the nearly a hundred thousand currently employed may keep their jobs and be able to sustain their families.
We pray that may Thou please keep our overseas Filipinos safe in the escalating conflict in countries where democratic renaissance in Muslim nations is unfolding from Morocco, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain and Libya as they await the immediate repatriation efforts being taken by our government agencies.
We pray for Thy protection and guidance of the more than thirty thousand OFW’s in Libya. May their families in the Philippines be freed from fear and worries of their condition and that the OFWs safety is assured despite the worsening condition.
We pray that may Thou save from harm our Filipino workers in war torn countries of Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as OFWs in Nigeria, Somalia, Lebanon and Jordan, who have taken great risks to continue their fight against poverty to support their families in the Philippines despite of the work deployment ban imposed in these countries.
We pray for the safety of the Filipino nurses trapped in the rubbles during the earthquake in New Zealand, and the rest of the OFWs and Expats around the world who are suffering from natural calamities, diseases and injustices that they may find comfort through faith in Thee.
Hear our prayer Lord, to end the corruption that has become the plague of our nation, to end poverty that afflicts and besets Thy people, to end violence and war that displaces millions of our Filipinos from their homes, which separate, divide and break families.
As we await for the signs of time when the Filipinos around the world, the fathers and mothers brothers and sisters, and sons and daughters may be reunited as one happy family.
We pray for Thine tender love and kind mercy, with our faith, with our hope, with our love to thee, we pray for power greater than us all, we pray for divine intervention.
This is a joint call from the Pinoy Expats/OFW Blog Awards, or PEBA, Inc, along with its 300+ KABLOGS, the RMN News Bantay OFW radio program and the Blas Ople Policy Center and we are asking for your prayers or support by reposting this to your blog, posting this link in your FB, Friendster and Twitter accounts or sending this as email to your networks.

Contentment
"Happiness is a very subjective factor in one's life. Being happy doesn't depend on achieving what you want, but rather making the best out of what is given. Life isn't fair, it never was. The only thing that can make you completely happy is contentment. Be contented on what you have, but be sure to aim high and never stop believing you can do better every time. But if all fails, don't forget that an ordinary you has an extraordinary GOD to back you up."

The Paradox of our Age
Nagiging "robot" na rin tayo.. nawawala na ang "human" side natin..Just want to share the essay written by Dr. Moorehead..
The Paradox of our Time!
The paradox of our time in history is that...
We have taller buildings, but shorter tempers.
Wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints.
We spend more, but have less.
We buy more, but enjoy it less.
We have bigger houses and smaller families.
More conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees, but less sense.
More knowledge, but less judgment.
More experts, but more problems.
More medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly,
laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry too quickly,
stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little,
watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.
We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.
We've learned how to make a living, but not a life;
We've added years to life, not life to years.
We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor.
We've conquered outer space, but not inner space;
We've done larger things, but not better things.
We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul.
We've split the atom, but not our prejudice.
We write more, but learn less;
We plan more, but accomplish less;
We've learned to rush, but not to wait;
We have higher incomes, but lower morals;
We have more food, but less appeasement;
We build more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but have less communication.
We've become long on quantity, but short on quality.
These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion; tall men, and short character; steep profits, and shallow relationships.
These are the times of world peace, but domestic warfare; more leisure, but less fun; more kinds of food, but less nutrition.
These are days of two incomes, but more divorce; of fancier houses, but broken homes.
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throw away morality, one-night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill.
It is a time when there is much in the show window and nothing in the stockroom; a time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to make a difference, or to just hit delete...

Uwian na. Hindi na nakapag-OT dahil sa sobrang antok.
.

.
.
.
.
.
.
Mga future Azkal players in the making. Sarap pala pumunta dun pag hapon, fresh cold air.

After makarating sa Wawa terminal.
.
.
.
.
.
.
