it's been a while since ang last na training ko sa pagtakbo, last run ko pa eh nung sa Milo Marathon pa, puro hiking kasi for the couple of months and kapag free naman ako meron namang ibang activity or hindi maganda ang panahon, kinakalawang na ako at baka mabigla ako nito next month sa pagsali ko sa next big race ko which is a jump to 16k from my usual of 10k, Goodluck to me at sana makahanap ng free sked at ganda ng panahon para mahasa ulit ang running skills..

Sorry sa mga blogmates at hindi na talaga ako nakakapag-bloghop sa inyong mga blog. Kulang na kulang talaga ako sa oras and aaminin ko least of priority ko siya ngayon. Pero i really appreciate yung mga comments niyo po and sorry at hindi ako nakakabalik to return the favor. Sa ngayon kasi, Outdoors ang priority ko pampatanggal stress and would allow me to love, respect and appreciate Nature more.

After a battery of activities mas minabuti ko nang hindi na muna mag jog this morning para makarecover, last Saturday nagbuhat ng mga hollow blocks at then after that umakyat ng bundok, bugbog ang katawan kaya naman 1.5 days na restmode at nasa bahay lang, pero nasasayang parin ako at wala akong nagawa kahapon kundi magbasa lang ng landscape photography books sa National, lolx
Hike Analysis at Mt. Batulao
data provided by Endomondo, combined na ang ascend and descend, grabe at inabot kami ng 6 hours sa hike na iyon na dapat inaabot lang 1-2 hours, dahil na rin sa ilang kilometro na putik na kelangan naming sugudin at ilang pahinga na rin sa pagpapa-picture.
Mt. Batulao adventure
Woke up at 2am, nagising an hour ahead of alarm. Medyo umaambon parin sa labas. Prep-up then umalis sa amin at around 4am. Nakarating sa meeting place sa McDo Pasay Rotonda at 5.30am. Of course true to my word na maaga dapat ako dahil ako ang organizer ng climb. Last na dumating si Jason at nagka-aberya daw sa sinasakyan niya. Nag-skip kami ng bus dahil puno na siya at wala akong balak na tumayo sa loob ng tatlong oras lalo na't merong akong plantar fasciitis. Buti nalang at mabilis namang napuno ang bus at by 6.45am umalis na rin ito bound to Nasugbu. Along the way, kwentuhan lang, geo-tagging, pati yung movie na Reel Steel natapos rin namin panoorin bago kami bumaba pagdating sa Evercrest.

parang naalala ko bigla ang Merrell adventure run pero mas grabe ang kalbaryo na naranasan namin dyan sa area na yan wherein "putik" is an understatement, sobrang hirap at sakit sa paa ang inabot namin, merong pagkakataon na nadulas at lumubog ang paa at tsinelas, at sobrang haba ng lugar na ganito ang eksena, isinumpa ko nga bigla ang daan na yun sa hirap na naransan ko, kaya next time summer ko na aakyatin ang lugar na ito ulit
after ng hike, naligo at nagpalit ng damit, diretso kami sa Mushroom Burger, salamat Jason sa panlilibre, sa uulitin, haha!
Salamat ulit sa kid guide namin na si Reynaldo na kahit pasaway kami at naging porter at photographer namin eh walang reklamo, and again to my dayhike barkada Tolits, Mark, Christian and Jason at sana naging masaya naman ang climb experience nyo kahit medyo maulan at maputik along the way. Sabi ko nga diba, kahit umulan pa yan "Go lang ng Go!" Until our next climb and hopefully makapag twin dayhikes or even overnight hike tayo pagdating ng Summer!
