just a follow-up to my previous post..
Emotional exhaustion is a chronic state of physical and emotional depletion that results from excessive job demands and continuous hassles. It describes feeling of being emotionally overextended and exhausted by one's work. It is manifested by both physical fatigue and a sense of feeling psychologically and emotionally "drained".

January 22, 2009 at 12:53 PMi suggest, find write down some things you love about your job, para di ka laging ngarag. Yun na lang isipin mo pag naaasar ka sa ginagawa mo... kung ayaw mo rin lang na magresign.
