After a couple of days na walang takbo and puro running lang ang ginagawa, nag attempt ako na mag jog and tingnan ko kung kaya ko naba at hindi na siya nangangalay or masakit ba ang bawat step. Kaya last Sunday morning, went to UP Diliman to give it a try and mag perform ng recovery run. Back from newbie ako, kasi may resistance parin ang paa ko kahit 5k palang kaya hindi ko alam kung makakasali ba ako ng mga 10/15k run dahil sa aking condition. Nevertheless, was happy - 37 minutes, not bad for a "starter" like me. (data credits: Endomondo)
